Gilles & Larnie | Amazing Akaroa Wedding Film

Larnie was born and raised in Christchurch and our groom Gilles was born in France. After a chance meeting in a taxi in Singapore, cupids arrows were flying and shortly after engagement bells were ringing. Gilles fell in love with the French settlement of Akaroa, and when they visited Mt Vernon lodge they knew they had found the perfect setting to the wedding day of their dreams. With the blending of two families came the fusing together of two cultures. The French really know how to party!

We spent the day absolutely swept away by the love Gilles and Larnie shared, and their amazing friends and family that travelled halfway across the world to share this special day with them.

Here’s what Larnie & Gilles had to say after watching this wedding film for the first time :  “We just watched the movie. It was amazing!!! You did an stunning job capturing the atmosphere and the love.
We are super happy with the results and couldn’t be happier. That was so nice to live our special day once again.
